Asynchronous USB support
AnsweredOn the Bluesound Node, would be great if 24/192 Asynchronous USB were added.
Better, have a version of the Node with digital outputs only and a 24/192 Asynchronous USB port of course.
I have 2 DACs and I get better sound using Asynchronous USB.

Hi Philippe,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While I don't have anything to share about Asynchronous USB, we’re definitely keeping track of your interest.

I am not a Bluesound customer only because there is no support for USB DACs. The best DACS available use asynchronous USB. Everything I read tells me that digital coaxial and digital optical are inferior connections. My own experience confirms this. Add USB output to the Node 2 and I would buy immediately. Actually, as Philippe suggests, a transport-only version of the Node 2, with USB and no DAC/analogue output, would be ideal. I am surprised that others have not backed this request.

Hi Mark
Thanks for your feedback. Why not let your ears be the judge not only for our digital output but also for our on board DAC.
please check out www.bluesound.com/stores to find a local Authorised Dealer who will be happy to demonstrate.
