Spotify music keeps pausing on BluOS

Hi! My in-laws have a bluesound pulse 2i, a NAD receiver with integrated bluesound (c388) and a separate powernode 2. WiFi is extremely stable with an Orbi mesh network at 400mbps. However, when playing music through Spotify, the music randomly stops. Sometimes this happens every 15 minutes, sometimes every two hours. We have tried decoupling Spotify, resetting all players etc but to no avail. All except the 2i are LAN-connected and the problem does not seem to occur when using another service. Please help!

This can often caused by your Spotify account profile having issues. Please see this article from Spotify Support on how to reset your Spotify Cache they suggest this issue happens often if you have too many incidents of Spotify associated with your account; https://support.spotify.com/us/article/storage-information/
