Another Bluesound user here, not official support. I appreciate you are frustrated by the problems you have with your units and the reported lack of support from Bluesound.
I have 8 BluOS units, 3 of them Flexs' and do not have the issues described. In diagnostics Wifi to each unit shows in blue or green and they don't disconnect.
In my experience there are several factors which affect units disconnecting from Wifi:
1) Signal strength
2) DHCP reservation so the routing table maintains the same IP address for the units
3) Network interference from radar, microwaves, and neighbouring networks.
I don't know what's happening with your units but the above are the first places to start troubleshooting.
Here's a diagnostic of one of my Flexs'.

This is unfortunately 100% true. Been trying since October for someone to address this and support just spins you in circles. That they still show this on their website makes me think that it works for someone and everyone else they just ignore.

Hi Sem
As Brian suggested please check out those tips. You can also review our very helpful home network troubleshooting guide at www.bluesound.com/network101
If those tips and the troubleshooting guide do not work, the Support Crew is here to help by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App or e-mail support@bluesound.com.
