Sound setting blank after update

After updating my M12 player to 4.2.6 and the apps , both IOS and Android. The sound setting is blank, can no longer set the volume settings and the output (stereo, right, left etc etc. Someone else having this issue?

    Hi Robert, with Bluesound hardware a power off (leave 5 mins) and try again would be the first troubleshooting step so you might want to try this with your NAD hardware.

    If that does not help then contact NAD support@nadelectronics.com

    Hello, could someone just check if you can access-have any settings in the sound settings in the BluSound controller app on any IOS or android device after have updated their BluOS player to 4.2.6?

    After I updated my Nad M12 , I see the sound setting tab/button but on a IOS nothing opens and on an Android it opens but is blank.

    Sometimes it helps to delete/ remove the app's completely and re-installing them.

    Hello, Itried that but no luck. Have tried many things but factory reset on the M12 . I do believe that the firmware 4.2.6 is the cause but I want someone else to see if they are having the same issue.

    Santa came early, problem solved. After some reinstalling , power off and other things except factory installing I got the sound settings back. I think that restart the dongle/hotspot mode was the trick.
