    Hi David,

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble configuring network shares. Would you mind sending a request to the Bluesound support crew?

    To do this from the app, swipe open the lefthand navigation drawer and select Configure Player, then scroll to the bottom and hit Send Support Request. It will send us a detailed log file and help us learn more of what's going on with your Player and network. Thanks!
