    Hi Jan, I assume you are on the latest version and have rebooted the player and force closed the app once to eliminate the most obvious computer related stuff.  If it hasn't solved please do a "send support request" so it captures your log file.

    No nothing works to solve the problem. Still I cannot play any album from the Android app. I tried it on 3 different devices. Something is wrong with the update of the app on 12 december.

    I would suggest that you log out of Idagio in BluOS and then log back in.  Just asked QA to test it and they had no issues, so please try that

    Yes, that did the job. I had to clean first the memory of the app (or remove the app and install it again), after that I logged out and in again. That worked. It was quite a job, because I had to do it on all 3 my Android devices (phone, tablet, chromebook). Nevertheless, it worked. Thank you!

    I'm glad to hear it!  I don't know why the certificates get that way sometimes.  But glad there is a solution for it!

    Ok. Logging out and in again solved the problem on my phone, but on my tablet. I am not ably to get it done. Removing the memory doesn't solve it, neither uninstall and install again.. Quite annoying...

    Well. And now it stopped working on my phone again. Help..... I can't solve this myself... The connection with Idagio is rubbish...
