    Hi Rob

    Glad to hear your dealer was willing to help here. No changes to DSP were made in BluOS 4.2.x (.0 release or .6 maintenance update) so honestly unsure how it was triggered without further 1:1 troubleshooting. Sounds like that is no longer necessary for you but The Support Crew can help by selecting Send Support Request in the App if need be.

    With RCA subwoofer connected there is an earthing sound and pop from the sub when changing input.

    I took it to the Hi-Fi chain I purchased it from and they exchanged the unit as they said it must be a HW fault.

    The new unit works perfectly, strange as the 4.2.0 update seemed the trigger the problem on my Powernode. I have seen some others say they had the same issue but the posts had been removed.
