Amazon search
AnsweredJust done the upgrade but Amazon search does not work. I put in the artist name press enter then press on Amazon music but nothing happens. If I press My music, it works, says no results found in there.
I tried Tidal, Deezer and Qobuz search and all those work, as normal, but I no longer subscribe to them.
All I can get is Recommended albums.

If you look at the search bar it says search "stations, shows, podcasts". Amazon doesn't currently have the same search characteristics as the others services you mentioned.

I know how it works or should work but the search feature does not respond, if I select Amazon Music, nothing happens. If l select My Music, which is just below Amazon Music, then that works everytime. It occasionally does work but then soon goes unresponsive. This means I can't choose any music. I don't have any playlists. Everything I can access on Amazon Music, is of no use to me.
This only started after the latest upgrade.
Your support say "The Amazon Music search issue has been fixed in 4.2.1."
Some others are reporting similar issues with Amazon.

My problem with Amazon search, seems to have been fixed, by using the 3 interface. Not had one problem
now in 2 evenings. On 4 had problems all the time.Bluesound need to sort out the 4 interface.

Try going back to the 3 interface, there is an option in the BluOs settings, worked me, no more problems.

Just received, so trialling a Node X, Also seeing issues with Amazon Music Search with IOS App 4.2.2 BluOS 4.2.10
After a few uses the Amazon Music button fails. The My Music button below it works. Closing and opening the app fixes for a bit.
Also when scroll through Music/Amazon Music/My Music the full list doesn’t always load.0 -

same for me using Amazon Music Search with iOS App 4.2.3, BluOS 4.2.10, iPadOS 17.5, and UI 4.0.
Kicking out the BluOS App and restarting it helps for one or two searches in UI 4.0
Switching back to UI 3.0 does work then.What also does work is using UI 4.0
and iOS App 4.2.3, BluOS 4.2.10, and *iOS* 17.5 @iPhone
and Windows App 4.2.1, BluOS 4.2.10, and Windows 10 Pro version 22H2.
So BluOS apparently is able to match the "search characteristics" of Amazon Music.
But not with iPadOS and UI 4.0, my favorite environment.0 -
I gave up with Amazon, glad when my trial ended. On Deezer now, not any problems. Problems with BluOs occasionally not working. Usually a power reset on iPad fixes it. That only started happening since last October. BluOs support never came back to me about these problems, just said use a different device.
