Library problem
AnsweredSince doing an upgrade recently on my PC my music library will only display all search results for albums - not via genres (I have labelled everything with a genre). Whichever genre I go into it only displays two rows of four and nothing more. This does not happen on my Samsung phone. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Hi Paul
In the BluOS App for Windows, please select Help, Check for Update - Controller and ensure you are on version 4.2.0.
Then select Help, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index to ensure your Local Library database is complete. Once the Index is complete (LED turns back to solid Blue on the Player) try again. If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may take a closer look.
