    Hi Natasha

If you have Factory Reset your SOUNDBAR, you have deleted the Wi-Fi Credentials. Please unplug yr soundbar form power for 30 seconds then plug it back in. If the credentials are gone, the LED will turn solid Green. If they are not, it will either turn solid Blue or it will flash green for about 10 minutes and then eventually turn solid green.

Once it is solid green, please set up your SOUNDBAR using the steps here; www.bluesound.com/setup

If it turns solid purple, the solid green timed out after 15 minutes of inaction... press the standby button on the back once, and it will turn solid green again after a second or two.

I have done this several times, following the Android - Wireless Setup instructions at www.bluesound.com/setup. I cannot get past #7, I just get a screen that says Not Completed, every time.

If you kill the App and relaunch it - what does it say in the Players Tab?

We used these instructions, and it worked!

To connect your player to your wireless network, please follow the steps provide below.

    1) Disconnect the power from your Bluesound Player
    2) Connect an Ethernet cable directly to the Bluesound Player, which goes directly to your router
    3) Connect the power back into the Bluesound Player
    4) Wait until the LED is solid blue on the top of your Bluesound Player
    5) Open the mobile BluOS controller while connected to the WiFi network of your home
    6) Select the 3 lines in the top left corner of the BluOS app and go to Settings
    7) Select Player and then WiFi
    8) Select the WiFi network you wish to connect to and enter the password for it
    9) Wait 5 minutes and then disconnect the power from your Bluesound Player
    10) Disconnect the Ethernet cable and then reconnect the power for your Bluesound Player

    Your Bluesound Player will be using the WiFi unless the following occurs;

    1) You may have two networks that are named the same(exact same SSID) and one is the 2.4 GHz network band while the other is the 5 GHz network band, Bluesound Players will not function on the 5 GHz band - not applicable on Gen 2i Bluesound players
    2) The WiFi access point is too far away
