Low sub volume with Pulse Sub+ and Powernode 2i

So a while ago I bought the Pulse Sub+ which I find a nice compact, non intrusive sub. But connected tot my PowerNode 2i I need to turn up the sub volume really high before it starts to give decent low frequency sound levels. Before I bought the Pulse Sub+ I briefly had the Svs SB1000 pro but when I toggled the subwoofer switch on in BluOs you could barely hear it no matter how I set it up. When I switched the toggle off there would be so much bass. Now with the Pulse Sub+ it kind off feels the same, almost now low bass output. What am I doing wrong? Kind regards, Nathan

  Hi Nate

  The Sub "on/off" switch does not enable or disable the sub, it enables or disables the cross-over frequency... on your third party SUB with the SUB off you were getting bass form the sub AND the POWERNODE and when on, audio below the cross over point were ONLY going through the sub and being trimmed from the POWERNODE connected speakers.

  Play and adjust the crossover frequency as well as the SUB+ volume to find the right mix for you.

  I’ve had the same issue since the most recent update to the Blue OS — my sub volume has dropped dramatically. I used to get booming bass with my SVS PB1000. Now I can’t figure out how to get it back. All the sub volume is coming from my floor speakers. I haven’t changed a thing with the sub settings on the sub itself
