No connection to the speakers
AnsweredMy Node2 suddenly lost the connection to my Genelec active speakers. The app and the device are connected, and all the updates have been installed. Also the speakers are funktional. When I start to listen to music or use the optical input, in the app it shows that the playback is on in a normal way, volume controls can be used etc. But for some reason the signal is not going from the Node2 to the speakers. Why would that be?

If your BluOS App is showing content and your NODE is not muted (flashing blue LED), then troubleshoot your connection to your speakers.

Did that first. It’s a very simple connection to the active speakers, no faults there. And NODE is not muted.

Stayed loyal to Bluesound and bought New Bluesound Node X. Works perfectly with exactly the same connections and speakers. It would be just so more customer friendly and honest just to admit that these Node 2:s have these standard problems. Just say that they are old product, It’s no use to spend your precious time trying to figure out what the problem is. Instead of giving the idiotic advice ”check your speaker connections”
