    Reindexing the VAULT 2I does not give us the solution. Can the BlueSound team give us support please. Tx

    As always, you can select Help, Send Support Request in the App so The Support Crew can review your log file and make a recommendation of Settings, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index does not resolve the issue.
