    Hi Guiliano

    Please reinsert the headphones, and restart your Player. Once the pLayer has restarted, remove the headphone jack and play audio. If no Audio plays, please reboot it a second time, this time with the headphone jack removed. If you still have no audio, our Support Crew will need to take a closer look. Please notify them by selecting Settings, Send Support Request describing the problem. After reviewing the log file, they will e-mail you back with a recommendation of next steps beyond that.
