Missing Genres

I recently purchased a Vault 2i to replace a Vault 2 that stopped working and reloaded (re-ripped) a CD collection that includes multiple genres (rock, blues, jazz, classical, etc.). Genres were picked up for those albums and displayed correctly with my old Vault 2. The only genre that appears after loading the same albums into the new Vault 2i, however, is Rock. (All the non-rock albums loaded; genres categories are missing.)

Any suggestions how to fix the problem? Thank you!

  Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the Genre is a metatag supplied by a third-party online database source. To resolve this you will have to edit the tags in the file.. here is an introduction on how to do that using a PC or Mac; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200271906
