Possible bug in Android 4.2.1 app for grouped players

I upgraded an older Samsung Galaxy A5 phone to BluOS 4.2.1 today and I noticed that when I tap "Players", I no longer see that I have a group of two Flex 2i speakers, nor a group between my NAD M10 and a pair of Flex 2i that are a stereo pair.
I see only the master player in each group. Because of this, that device can no longer break the player groupings.
The first picture is from my Samsung Galaxy S23 running 4.2.0. The second picture is from the Galaxy A5 running 4.2.1. At the bottom of the second picture there is a hint that the players are grouped, but it only shows in this view.

Both phones/tablets should be on version 4.2.1 of the App. If both are and the problem persists, this may be some sort of communication lab as the Players are updating the App but not as timely as they should.
If you send us a player log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request we may take a closer look.
