    Hi Lorcan

Sounds like network lag. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your NAD C700 and then toggle your phone into and out of Airplane mode for about 30 seconds.

If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may take a closer look.

Thanks Tony - after trying many times, that didn't work, unfortunately.

Tony - it has been 22 days since I first posted here, and no resolution. Several emails saying how busy you all are, but no meanginful response at all. This query mught be 'answered', but it's certainly not resolved.

I thought you had a turnaround time of 2 days.

Could someone please email me with a non-automakted response. This is beyond a joke at this stage.

    Hi Lorcan

I see you have yet to send a log file as suggested...

Hi Tony. I sent a support request which seems to be how to send a log file. I've done it again now.

Hello. It's now nearly the end of February and this lag issue is not resolved. I'm waiting about two weeks now for your colleague to reply to my email. I've done everything suggested and it is not working. Can somebody please assist?
