Bluesound just won’t work

Look, we’re all having the same problem. We’ve all done the upgrade to 4.0, we’ve all followed the instructions to the letter; reboot, switch the router off wait 5mins. This is unacceptable. We’re all frustrated with this

    I’m hoping the answered flag you’ve put on my comment isn’t the same as resolved. Appreciate the acknowledgement but please let’s not flunk the SLAs. This is a major bug. As per Danny M comment can you cut through all this please come out straight on what’s going on here please.

    And again an answer that doesnt solve the many problema you see in many posts and on the internet. The app just isnt working for many people. So why dont you people take action????

    To be fair, the more precise you are in the major problems you have with whatever product, the easier it is to prioritize the problems and get fixes implemented.

    It is just as Danny says: nothing works correctly. It hangs my display on my NAD, no way of getting out it, not even a power down. The library indexing is even more broken than on v3, especially with same named albums and tracks. Album art just disappearing for no reason with nothing left but reindexing. The user interface is just insanely bad on iphone and defeats the purpose of having a home screen. I don’t know what you were thinking when designing v4, but all who said ‘yes, let’s do it’, should be fired. I’m done with BluOS. I’m buying a new music set and selling my NADs. Playing music should be fun. BluOS has taken all that fun away and replaced it with frustration and anger. It really is time that this is made publicly how bad BluOS really is…
