BluOs windows desktop app now no longer recognizes spotify.
AnsweredI am getting so frustrated with this BluOS, I have a NAD M10, literally the most expensive bit of audio hardware I've ever owned. And its been nothing but a nightmare with regards to the BluOs tech.
now the bluOs app is showing me the spotify icon, but nothing happens, and the spotify app itself never shows my player anymore..
Basically this turns my device into a brick..

Hi Tomas
If Spotify is not showing up or not connecting using the BluOS App, please check your Spotify Connect options in the Spotify App; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000245288
Once you have established a connection in the Spotify App, it will rejoin and reconnect.

Please check your Spotify App settings under devices, local devices menu... if it is not appearing there, please ensure your phone or tablet is on the same network as your NAD m10.
If it is, it is likely a corrupt network allocation table entry on your router. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your NAD m10, wait 5 minutes then toggle Airplane mode on your phone leaving it in airplane mode for 30 seconds.
If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App...
