Node vs Vault

I have a Node that is connected to my old school hifi so I can stream my LPs out and AppleMusic in.  I'm considering a Vault to rip the hundreds of CD we have. Is the Vault essentially a Node plus a ripper? So, it would replace my Node?  Thanks in advance. - Dan

  You are correct. But don't forget that the VAULT also stores your music library that your Bluesound NODE can access if you set it up on another part of the room with its own HiFi system.

  It's worth noting that the Vault requires an Ethernet connection as it has no wireless card.
