Flex now missing
AnsweredI have a theater set-up with a Pulse soundbar, subwoofer and 2 rear flex 2i speakers. All have been set up and working as a group perfectly. I was setting up a preset for Spotify playback. I moved to moved to that preset and the music started to play but within 10 seconds the two Flex speakers just disappeared from the group and are no linger viable as available players. The soundbar and subwoofer are working as expected. I have tried the suggestions from the support page to no avail.
They are still connected to WiFi (solid blue light)
I can connect and play them individually via bluetooth using the bluetooth headphone feature where they show up as available.
In Diagnostics they are visible as available players (with the custom names I assigned to them) with ip addresses
but they are no longer available in the app as players.
I have: unplugged and restarted them multiple times, restarted the WiFi, restarted the control devices (they disappeared on all devices).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

If you have set up a Home Theatre Group, the FLEXes will not show in the Player Drawer as the entire group acts as a single player that appears in the group. You can drill down on that group to make individual audio settings adjustments but playback is unified. - What I implied form your description is normal behaviour...
Spotify is two-channel only. so since there is no Dolby mix the rears will be silent. Totally understand why you think they may not be there anymore - they are there, just nothing to do...
You can enable a Stereo Surround mix though.. here's how; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360059475273
