Node X drops Tidal connect when connected over LAN
AnsweredI have two Node X devices in my home - one connected via wireless network, other one connected via LAN cable. I control them with Xiaomi Pad 5 android tablet and Tidal app for Android. After the latest Node X update the device connected via LAN started disconnecting from Tidal connect after 4-5 songs or so. And then it disappears from casting menu alltogether. Then I unplug power cord from Node X, power it again, and after restart it again appears in casting menu and I can stream music through Tidal connect. But only for 4-5 songs, and it disconnects again. My tablet is connected to wireless network without interruptions. Interestingly, my other Node X which is connected via wireless (not LAN) works OK with Tidal connect. Any idea, what is going on? And I would like to emphasize the problem appeared after the last Node X update. Therefore I think it's not the problem with Tidal connect, it's a problem with Node X. Also, streamimg via BluOS app works flawelessly on both my Nodes X.

Hi Vilius,
Is your NODE X connected to the router directly or are you using some kind of extender or switch? Troubleshoot your ethernet connection by replacing your ethernet cable and making sure to use either Cat5e or Cat6 ethernet cable.
