Option for 0ms lip sync delay

I see that the minimum lip sync delay is currently 50ms as a result of the buffer needed to keep grouped players in sync. This seems like a very odd design choice to prioritise movie watching for those listening to the audio through multiple Node devices. I'm certain that the vast majority of Node owners who have it connected to their televisions are not interested in group playback whilst watching movies yet have to suffer with this 50ms audio delay rather than 0ms delay. Please could we have an option for 0ms lip sync for this instance.
