can you tell me how to turn my nad c700 v. 4.0 on and off at the front?

  Your NAD C700 is designed as a modern Smart Appliance and is always on and always ready. Rest assured it will go into idle mode on its own if not used for 15 minutes as required by EU Law, the most stringent regulations available to power consumption.
