    Hi Bratislav,

Try rebooting your network router. You might not think it but your router plays a major role in your regards to your network's traffic.

If issue persists, please send us a support ticket to support@bluesound.com and a member of our support team will reach out to you soon.

Hi! I've the exact same problem. It started after the last update, a few days ago. BluOS streaming using Tidal is fine, but Tidal streaming directly doesn't even see the Bluesound POWERNODE, like it does not exist.

I've reset the POWERNODE, reset the router, even reset my mobile phone and to no effect.

Any solution from the previous case here I can try?

    Thanks,
    Ștefan

    Hi Stefan

In The BluOS App, please select Settings, About and ensure you are on BluOS 4.2.10 as this update deals specifically with TIDAL connect and Android devices.

If you are, please select Settings, Send Support Request so we may review the log file.

    Hi Tony,
I have problem with Tidal Connect as well. I can see Node but it doesn’t play anything when I use Tidal Connect. However tidal in Bluos is working well. As Stefan mentioned that it started after last update
