BluOs 4. and Iphone/Ipad is not working
My Powernode2 has disappeared in the new app on my Iphone and Ipad. Powernode led is bright blue. Nevertheless followed intruction: switched off router and Node, turned it on and no result. Relaunched app, no result.
All other devices, like TV, are working on the same WiFi.
My request to the servicedesk is still pending (!?)
I am the only one using Iphone and BluOs4??

Have you tried doing a forced power shutdown on your iphone and iPad. I had this issue twice recently and had to power off my iPad, that did then clear the issue.

I’ve had the same problem with BluOS 3 and 4 a few times. The PowerNode disappears from my iPad even though it is playing music at the time. Closing and restarting the app doesn’t fix the issue. However, shutting down the IPad and restarting it always fixes the problem.

Thank you. I did shut down the IPad, removed the app from my IPhone, shut down too, restart and relaunched the BluOS app. No player appeared in de app. But….. in the Spotify app There he his, my Powernode, and working.Up to the next step…..

I've had this issue also, twice, only just started happening in the last week or so. Never had it before. It happened once when playing music. The blue light was still on. Rebooting the router and Node did nothing.

Happened again tonight, after about 1 minute. Took longer to fix this time. The power off did not fix it. Had to then reboot the Node as well.

This problem is getting worse, happening everytime now, I use it. Taking longer to sort out as well.

I'm seeing this. Had to cut power at home for a short time (20 seconds) and all my players were gone from the BluOS app. Had to do a factory reset on all 3 player to get them back into the app. All players were to be found on my wifi. Don't get why I have to do a reset. The players should be able to "find" their way into the app again after power shortage without me doing a factory reset.
