Blue OS card does not respond after Nad C388 reset

Hello, I have reset my nad c388 to factory defaults and no matter what I do I cannot see the blue os WiFi network. It was working perfectly ok before the reset. What am I doing wrong? I am using an iPhone. Thank you

  Please ensure the USB WiFi adapter is seated correctly in the back MDC card of the C388. Tne follow the instructions at www.bluesound.com/setup.
