Hi all,  I have an approximately 3 year old Pulse Mini 2i which has recently developed a strange popping noise.  I can break it down to these symptoms:

It is a very regular pop approximately every 2 seconds, very quiet, but audible across the room

Rebooting makes the noise go away

It doesn't come back immediately (i.e. I can leave it powered on for days) until I use the device to play music for an hour or so

The sound doesn't appear to come through the speakers because turning the volume up or down has no effect on the noise.  Also, the noise does not come through headphones.

It doesn't seem to matter which source I use (Amazon, NAS etc)

My best guess is that it's coming from a hardware component?

Anyone got/had a similar issue (and a potential resolution) please?
