    UPDATED OFFICIAL COMMENT

    Hi Justin

We have replicated this issue and hope to resolve in a near future update. You can resolve this quickly by having a new communication handshake in your HDMI connection. Three quick ways to do this...

    1. Toggle TV Source from say Netflix to a cable or satellite box - let some content play, then switch back and you should be ok.
    2. Reboot your SOUNDBAR by selecting Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot in the BluOS App
    3. Pull the HDMI cable from the SOUNDBAR, wait 5 seconds push it back in

These again are work around and we hope to publish a fix soon.

    Hi Justin,

Please send us a support request ticket using the BluOS app. This way BluOS will automatically send a diagnostic log file for your SOUNDBAR+. Once we have it in our system, a member of our support team will reach out to you and help figure out your issue.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

I just got the soundbar. I have this same issue with a brand new product. Only way to resolve are the options above and those need to be done each time I start the tv.
Seems like a need to replace the bar with a new one
