Slowed and Garbled Audio on Pulse Soundbar+
AnsweredI have an issue where the audio will intermittently slow down and do a pitch shift and become all mumbled and garbled. The only way that seems to fix it is to power cycle the Pulse Sound bar. Obviously that is not a long term solution to continually reboot the sound bar. Does anyone have a fix for this ?

Hi Justin
We have replicated this issue and hope to resolve in a near future update. You can resolve this quickly by having a new communication handshake in your HDMI connection. Three quick ways to do this...
- Toggle TV Source from say Netflix to a cable or satellite box - let some content play, then switch back and you should be ok.
- Reboot your SOUNDBAR by selecting Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot in the BluOS App
- Pull the HDMI cable from the SOUNDBAR, wait 5 seconds push it back in
These again are work around and we hope to publish a fix soon.

Hi Justin,
Please send us a support request ticket using the BluOS app. This way BluOS will automatically send a diagnostic log file for your SOUNDBAR+. Once we have it in our system, a member of our support team will reach out to you and help figure out your issue.

same issue here. So far no solution provided except restarting the soundbar.

I just got the soundbar. I have this same issue with a brand new product. Only way to resolve are the options above and those need to be done each time I start the tv.
Seems like a need to replace the bar with a new one0 -
I’ve had mine for over a year and I still have this problem. I’ve given up on Bluesound providing a solution.

I have jsut purchased a PULSE SOUNDBAR+ and I am also experiencing this garbled and slowed down sound on TV programs. Initially when I set it up it worked fine, but then after TV was turned off and then on again, this issue showed up.
By experimenting, I found that this problem is completely resolved by turning off eARC in the TV settings.
This could be TV specific, my TV is Samsung 2023 model series 8.
While being disapointed, I can live without eARC for the time being.
But Bluesound should really fix this, as eARC is supported by the product, and clearly it is broken.0
