Music services list loading forever on Powernode N330
AnsweredHi,
After the latest update Tidal isn't showing up on my music services on iPhone 13 Pro. (This has happened with updates before and I've been able to fix it by opening the full service list and selecting Tidal and logging in again.) The real issue is that now the list isn't loading at all - It's just stuck showing the round loading thing looping on forever.
I checked what's going on the Win 11 desktop version and there's a similar thing. On the home screen 'Just a moment...' notification is loading indefinitely and the music services list - apart from Qobuz, TuneIn and Radio Paradise where I'm logged in - is empty. All the logged in services work just fine both on iOS and Win 11. Tidal also works when using Tidal connect but I'd rather have the bluOS app working properly instead of this workaround.
I've restarted my phone and the Powernode trying to fix the issue but no luck. I'm wary of uninstalling/re-installing the app in case I'm logged out from the services that are still working. Any idea what's going on?

Hi Juho,
Along with rebooting your BluOS controller and Bluesound POWERNODE, please reboot your entire network appliance such as your modem/router and then try again.
If issue persists, please reach out to our support team by sending us a support ticket using the BluOS app. This way, BluOS will send diagnostic log file that a member of our support team can help assist with your issue.
Thanks for #LivingHiFi -
This kind of advice to reboot your router is Bluesound support clutching at straws. The BluOs 4.2 app has serious issues and restarting routers should not be required. Neither should regular record of the player or app. Sort it out please.

No - The kind advice for rebooting your router, is to clear your router cache from either corrupt or bad DNS information or if the network allocation table of your router is corrupted due to your Bluesound Player needing to be rebooted twice during an update and the router lease of the IP Address failed. This is quite common on many ISP routers.
Thanks for understanding.

Tony is right. I worked with him a long time ago on a problem with DNS and Tidal so it's not out of the realm of possibility. There could be a cached DNS resolution somewhere that's pointing you to an incorrect source server.

Thanks for the responses but the issue isn't with Tidal exactly. It's that the entire list of selectable services isn't loading. I've also rebooted my router a few times now, in addition to rebooting the Powernode and my phone. And since the same thing is happening on the Win 11 desktop app, I have to assume that my phone at least isn't the culprit here. I'll send the diagnostic file to the support crew when I find the time, we'll see if that helps solve the problem.

Sorry, are there any news concerning this Problem? I can‘t use my Bluesound App since yesterday. I didn‘t put any update on my phone. Thank you in advance.
