    Hi Scott

This sounds like a communication issue with TIDAL servers as we are not getting reports of this wide spread.

On the Music Tab, scroll down to Music Services and select Manage. Log out of TIDAL. Restart your Bluesound Player and then log back in.

If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App.

I've done this procesure 3 times. I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Yes, I've posted this twice as its been days and blusound support is non-responsive, no one calls, emails, or is offering assistance. Its 100% a bluOS issue that never happened till this 4.0 happened. Even after I turned off the 4.0 interface, the same issue is happening.

Don’t waste your time they’ll keep blaming third parties, they’re doing the same with me and only blaming Spotify 😅

Having similar issues here - first noticed that albums are not coming up when searching.

Update - I've noticed the same thing happening re: explicit content - which I'm pretty sure explains the issues. Has anyone worked out how to sort this out??

I found a solution. In BluOS, you need to go to Tidal settings and change adult content.
