Amazon won't load
AnsweredTry to load Amazon Music, get "Content cannot be loaded, connection timed out, please try again". Did the reset, uninstalled/reinstalled BluOS app, still no joy. Using Android phone, (Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus)

May have been a temporary server connection issue as we are having a hard time replicating it. If problems persist, can you please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we may review the log file and take a closer look.

Amazon search is not working when I put an artist’s name in. Other services find that artist immediately.
