Dirac Config on M10 V2 with 4.2.0 Ignores Sub

Hi, I ran Dirac as I usually would for my 2.1 setup but when I save the filter to a slot, nothing plays through the sub while the filter is enabled. Dirac shows corrected filters for all 3 channels on my laptop but the sub doesn't play. The last time I modified the filter was 6 months ago and it worked as expected. Rolling back to my previously saved filter worked. Factory resetting the M10 didn't help. I've tried both Dirac 3.6.6 and 3.7.2. Does anyone have any suggestions for work arounds? Thanks
