Now when I select a song a totally different song plays!!

    If this is happening with music from your Local Library, we have seen this when your Local Library Index Database has been corrupted.

    To purge and rebuild your local library index, select Settings, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index. In Windows or macOS, Diagnostics is in the Help menu.

    If after a Rebuild Index, the issue continues, please select Send Support Request from the same menu so our Support Crew can review your log file and find out what went wrong.

    How long does the re-indexing take ? 
    It’s been saying “ please wait “ for sometime now 

    it’s now 40 minutes , still says please wait

    Windows app 4.0.2; BluOS 4.2.0 : not the same issue but similar maybe.

    When I uploaded some new tracks on my NAS library and did the re-index, a previously loaded track showed the album art of one of the new tracks. All album art is embedded in the Flac tags.

    A rebuild index set things right.

    Something in the re-indexing procedure must have lost track and corrupted a cache?
