    HI Tom

Is this the issue you are seeing; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/18804916024855?

    Hi Tony,
Pretty much just use tunein and library.
    Not experiencing the referenced problem.
Tunein favorites says couldn’t load content
    Try again
    Does not work.

Favorite star ⭐️ on the toolbar by home highlights but nothing happens.

Possibly two different issues but favorites are unusable and I tried both ways to get something to come up.

    Please advise.
    Thanks
    Tom

When is the next update due out that will hopefully correct this problem? Thanks Tom

    Hi Tony,
Status on this shows answered but it’s not answered because the problem you referred to is not the problem I have described.
    Thanks
    Tom

    Hi Tom

Your issue has been reported to our Quality Assurance team - they have investigated it and have provided information to our Product Development Team to resolve in an App update. Look for an update in the coming week or two.

    Thaks for understanding.

If I deactivate the new user interface in BLUOS 4.2 then I have the Tuneln favorites back..

Fixed in BluOS 4.2.6 and Android or iOS App 4.2.2 - all released earlier this week on December 12th.

Hi Tom: it seems to me that the issue is not fixed. Under my iOS App 4.2.2 BuOS 4.2.6, the favorites are not accessible.

Is it the same issue that I described here? (Android app 4.2.3 and at least the preceding two releases):

Not fixed for me either, but I've found that if I create a Custom URL in TuneIn (and it doesn't even have to be a valid and working URL) the Favourites screen and TuneIn link in the Most Used section of the Home screen both populate my TuneIn favourites correctly.

If I delete the Custom URL, they fail to populate with my favourites list once again.

I also tried to deactivate the new user interface, as suggested in this conversation by Rolf, but the "Disable New Interface" button is not present, or is not visible, on my screen (according to what I see in your web pages, it  should be at the bottom of the Help & Support section of the User Interface tab).

In the current Android app, it's under User Interface at the top of the Help & Support section of the Settings screen. Tapping on User Interface opens a new screen which contains the Disable New Interface slider.

And disabling the BluOS 4.0 interface also restores the Favourites functionality for me too, as does the adding a Custom URL via TuneIn "trick" I mentioned above.

Disabling the new user interface worked for me.

My NAD c700 has only just started doing this issue. Favourites hangs and ‘can’t connect. Try again’. Been using the new interface for a while with no problems. Reverting to old interface allowed me to use the favourites again. Bluos 4.2.10. iOS ap 4.2.3. Would be good to get this glitch resolved. Need favourites working since FIP removed from tunein radio and have had to add it as a favourite url.
