@Edward - You might have steps 1 and 2 reversed. Try signing out, doesn’t matter what state the radio buttons are in, then *before you sign back in*, change to “don’t allow explicit”. Then sign in. Hopefully that works for you, it sounds like you’re changing the value before you sign out, which is just going to wipe any selection out.

That workaround posted by Kevin works for me:

    1. Log out of Tidal in the BlueOS app.
    2. Before logging in, make sure you select “No explicit content”.
    3. Log in to Tidal again. Now it should automatically switch to “Include explicit content”.

As for Tidal Connect, check out https://tidal.com/connect

    Good luck!

I tried the work around suggested by Tony on the BluOs of my Android cell phone and it works. I was able to see all the explicit content.

Of course I won't touch any settings until the final fix arrives.

Thank you very much Tony, I hope you can correct the problem soon.

Wow. The opposite of what I needed worked!
Curious if this works for more things in live…
    Regards,

    @Edward Larkin,

Indeed something wrong with what you did.

Step 1 is not needed, it can only make things worse as you are setting thing in the Tidal app itself, so please undo that.
Start with step 2 in BluOS
Before continuing step 3, in BluOS select hide explicit content (OPPOSITE to what you want it to be)
    That should do the trick

About "Tidal Connect", within the Tidal app (on phone); when you are playing content and that content is in full view, somewhere at the top you can select a sort of speaker symbol, which allows you to directly connect to your equipment, bypassing the bluos controller.

"Wish to solve this problem soon"
The only reason I bought this $750 network player is to play explicit content in the Tidal. What a nonsense
