    If you haven't already can you please send our Support Crew a support request. Ideally through the BluOS App if possible: on mobile app go to Settings>Send Support Request or on PC app go to Help>Send Support Request.

    If you don't have access to the app consistently, then please send an email to support@bluesound.com and the team will be happy to help diagnose.
