System collapse
AnsweredA month ago I made a request concerning the non-functioning system controller. Your software update seems to have disabled the prior code. After waiting two weeks, I was sent a questionnaire email that did not really address the problem, then a reply referring to a non-existent link claiming a fix. I decided to uninstall and re-install the new software on my desktop, which produced the same error message. I then made a fresh install on a fresh iPad resulting in a different front page with colors, but with a dead update link.
So, no progress after a month, and the whole system is non-functional. Your automated support system just kind of dumped me and hopes I will just go away. Will you be able to provide a working system following the collapse of your version 4 controller?
I am unable to accept phone calls during normal hours.
