Bugs and inconsistencies in 4.0 after release of first fix

    Thank you for the detailed feedback, it has been passed along, the quality indicator for desktop is being added and you'll see it when the next update rolls out in a couple days.

    Unfortunately the are no changes/improvements in all 4 topics, although there were two new releases of  the android app and one new release of the Windows app.

    I am really disappointed! I am asking for topic No. 4 for years and know it is implemented half-hearted.

    I always thought it is a good idea buying hardware from a company that develops the software by itself and has total control about it. But you don´t care about the demands of your customer. In the last years I bought five Bluesound Speakers,  two Nodes, one NAD C658 and one NAD C298. So I spent a lot of money. Isn´t that enough to expect good customer service?

    And if there is a good reason, why you not fullfill the whishes of customers, please explain! You just do nothing and say nothing.

    In the meanwhile the chinese companies offer much cheaper hardware and design the software after the needs of their customers.

    I know it is hard to compete against asian wages, therefore you should at least understand what is important for your customers and try hard to implement their demands.

    As I said, I can live with BluOS 4.x but I still wonder what you have done one year long up to the release of 4.0. For me it is just cosmetic, there is no big bang.

    Thanks for your feedback. I am having a hard time locating much history on your product Support beyond one incident a few years back and a couple of posts on this feedback site.

    I have escalated this to one of our Support Crew members to help get a better understanding of what we may have missed. They will be in touch via e-mail in the coming day or so...
