Can't see folders on USB Drive
AnsweredHi,
Before updating the firmware to version 4 and updating the app, I could see all the folders and music on my USB drive which was formatted to FAT32. However, since the update to both the firmware and app, I have followed the instructions to connect the USB and can see it under the Music tab on my iPhone. But when I click on the USB tab under Music Services, I get the error "Content Not Found" whenever I click on any of the options such as Artist, Albums, or Songs. I have rebooted the Node and reindexed the drive, but it still won't reindex. I am confused because this drive was working perfectly fine before the update, and I know that it is still formatted correctly. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

I had the same problem after the update so I disconnected it from mains power and also removed my USB stick. Then I let it power up again, inserted my USB stick and it was fine again.
Edit: I missed the part about you rebooting the Node. A couple of months ago I had exactly the same situation, my Pulse 2i no longer had access to my USB stick and no matter what I tried there was no change. Eventually I reinstalled the app and that cleared up the problem. Give it a go, you never know.

After the 4.0 "update", I could not read the folders on my USB key, so I removed it to go back to my pre-update version, and it all worked fine. Then comes the 4.2 version...I loaded it and it worked, but the USB sign disappears and I got to continually remove the stick, unplug my Pulse, and start all over again. Any suggestion?
