    UPDATED OFFICIAL COMMENT

    Look for an update to BluOS next week which resolves a timing issue in displaying the Home Screen in your App if your BluOS Player finished booting before your network router did after a power outage. In the meantime, rebooting your BluOS Player manually by selecting Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot should resolve the issue now.

    If the Home Tab is not loading, please select 'Retry'. We are seeing issues where the phone or tablet is waking from sleep or when first launching the App after a long session, the Players are not replying to the Home Tab request timely. We are investigating to make this a better experience in the near future.

    „Retry” doesnt help. Even reinstall or relaunch.

    Same problem here. Your suggested diagnosis doesn’t match the issues I am seeing. Same problem with Windows. Everything else works OK as far as I can tell.

    On MacOs the same, home tab is loading and never stop.

    Fixed here. Reboot on Node, restart Bluos Controller. Home is loaded….

    Have you tried hard rebooting your Node. Worked for me.

    Yes. No effect. Many people having this issue now. Inwill bring the machine back to my local seller

    Tony, the player is disappearing. There has been no power cut, ipad is active, not asleep, it is playing music but just stops playing. Rebooting does nothing. Settings can't be loaded.
    BluOs is on the network. This started about 2 weeks ago, never had it before.

    Same problem here. From the moment I bought this very expensive piece of **** 6 months ago every time I want to hear a song I have to reset my network, or the Bluos, or reinstall the app, or turn on and off the hardware that at the end I just have to enjoy the silent. You buy something to have a great experience with HiFi audio and ended up getting frustrated every single day, in 2024 with all the technology in the world they can built and app? and charge how much money for this?. I want to send it back at least the guy with the "solutions" can hold his door in the summer. People stay away from this company, I have seen many treats regarding the same issue and the solutions this guy gives are just smoke and mirrors, 6 months with the same issue!
