Access to internal storage

Can't access internal storage on vault 2i via pc or mac, Works ok using app on phone and computer, but now can't add music by drag and drop. Rebooted router and the vault with no success.

  It was ok yesterday Tony, working fine. Went to put a couple more albums on it today and now no access. Tried on 3 computers
