    Hi David

    We have been in fact investigating reports of this dating back to earlier this year, prior to BluOS 4.0 and have seen it happening in 3.20.x as well.

    We are hoping to resolve it soon as we have recently discovered the root cause of this unfortunate regression bug. 

    If you can send us a log file by selecting Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App we can confirm this by reviewing your log file and provide some work around for you.
