    Hi Mark

We have resolved this issue in the PULSE FLEX not booting properly after a software update... via software update.

We appreciate this is not easy and with the button press you described, you may have also factory reset it so please try this using the Ethernet connection. Keep unplugging and plugging the FLEX back in every 5 minutes or so until you notice it finally flash red and green. If it does not work, after three tries, try reversing the power polarity by unplugging the power cable from the back of the FLEX and reverse it (rotate it 180 degrees). Try 5 more times...

If you still can't get it, then e-mail support@bluesound.com and we can provide some other tips and trick to try and jump-start it again.

Same issue for me. Pulse Flex solid red after update. Cannot connect to LAN. Tried endless power ups, never gets past solid red light immediately after connecting AC power

I think I hit the same issue. I have a node 2 and it's now solid red for 45 minutes or so. I'll leave it like this for a bit, but I think the upgrade won't work.
