    Hi Albymana

    Could be network lag. In the BluOS App, under Settings, Diagnostics, check your signal strength. If it is Good (Green) or Excellent (Blue) please select Settings, Send Support Request and we can review the log file and take a closer look.

    If it's Yellow (poor) or Red (Weak), check out our network troubleshooting guide at www.blueosund.com/network101 for some basic best practice tips.

    Thanks Tony! I checked multiple times the signal strength and was always either green or blue. I'll send the request! 

    might this improve if I connect the Node to the router via ethernet?

    Ethernet is always better than a Blue WiFi Strength... this goes for the MacBook too BTW.
