    No 2 is easy - no quality indicator means you are listening to MP3 or AAC... but once you listen to FLAC, our QA is investigating the indicator not getting cleared if it is MP3/AAC.

    As for No 1 - this will require some more details, such as the source of the content (Netflix, Cable Box, BluRay Dsic), the make and model of the TV as well. Can you please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can review the player log file and confirm DOLBY is being received? Please include the additional information I suggested in your Request description.

    Thx, just send the request for 2. For one, this means the app only shows bit and khz and not bitrate (because mp3/aac also have different bitrates)?

    Hi Michel

    All Spotify content is 320kbps, the highest quality for lossy available.
