All your symptoms sound home networking-related. Please reboot your router. Wait 5 minutes then reboot your players, wait 5 more minutes and relaunch the App.

Now I Even don’t have any access to my Powernode player. It disappeared from the app! It was connected , i tried to add a musical service, it did not work and the player disappeared ! I closed and opened the app, it’s not there anymore. What a POS!

I shut off the player and shut on and it got back. I tried to add a musical service but it eternally turned in void (glasshour) because the player disappeared. Incredible ! Send back the old app please !!!!

My iPhone has no problem with the network router, mi iPad has no problem, my smart TV has no problem with it. The only app with a problem with the router is yours. I already start again my router and now I will try a factory reset of the router but it’s unbelievable

I tried everything, and there is always a white bar loading and « couldn’t load content ». I tried ipv4/v6, désert everything, hard reset the powernode, the wifi 2,4 & 5Ghz , everything

Same problem on Ipad since update. Thank God I have my Android devices at my disposal where it works perfectly.

Finally the support team succeeded to make the updating but through a laptop. They took control from my laptop, did the software update from distance on my laptom (teamviewer), and after that it worked on every tools. Thanks to them.

So maybe try to dowload the app on your laptop computer then do the same.
