Windows App and Amazon
AnsweredWhen searching Amazon music if I find the song I want there is no way to add it to either a playlist or the play queue. The 3 dots to the right of it are missing. The only option available is to click on it for instant play. If I find the same somg by first going into the album it is on, then 3 dots appear and it can be added to a queue or playlist. I can't remember if this was an issue with the previous software but it is very annoying as particularly when playing music for a group of friends and someone asks for a song to be added, if it is something a little obscure and I do not know what album it is from, it becomes much more difficult than it should be. also if building a playlist for a particular occasion it makes the process much more complicated. Please fix this issue

Hi Home Stead
Amazon Music works much more like a radio stream compared to a traditional on-demand service. As a result we are seeing some unexpected behaviours. Our Product Development Team is investigating and hoping to restore its functionality as quickly as possible.

I'm pleased that you are looking at this issue and I look forward to a resolution. The odd thing that I did not mention before is that on the Android app this is not an issue, and songs can be added easily.
