AnsweredI suspect I speak for more than myself: a music fanatic who is tech inept. I'm big-smile happy with my Vault 2 library (from circa 2017) and even happier streaming Tidal through it. But now, due to the failed upgrade. I have a steaming heap of nothing emitting from my speakers. (I can get Tidal through other devices). When the folks at Bluesound untangle the car crash, customers like me are going to need hand-holding while we upgrade, reboot and hope for the best. Please keep this in mind. Thanks!

But yet for others, the saying "Music soothes the savage beast" make this somewhat of a pickle event.
Just kidding of course. It sounds like they are getting closer to resolving the issue. I suspect that once they apply the patch an d push out the upgrade, it will be a minimal amount of effort to get back to what it was. I did see some precautions about the proper use of the USB attached devices and making them visible on the network.
