BluOS Upgrade on NAD MDC 2i

Decided to perform upgrade on NAD C368 BluOS MDC2i from front panel of C368. Now the display reads : “Executing BluOS Upgrade Press Play to Start.” Press play where? The app shows the player with the following message “Step 1 of 3” and “Downloading” with no progress at all. This has been going on for almost an hour. What next?

  Press play on the NAD remote control to initiate the upgrade 👍

  Further info: C368 will not operate with other inputs while the “upgrade” is occurring; can’t select the C368 in the app either.
